This game is a life simulation game just like Dream Daddy, Stardew Valley, Animal Crossing, etc. It was released for Windows on June 2, 2009, and for consoles in October 2010.
In this game, players can control the actions of their Sims which are the characters provided by the game.
You can also build and live in your houses and feel the environment of the neighborhood.
It was developed by Maxis, it is the same studio that developed the previous game series of Sims.
Rod Humble had worked on games such as Black & White. The Sims 3 game sold over 1.4 million copies in its very first week.
It was praised for its open world, detailed tools, improved build and buy mod, and a lot of things that we could do in this game.
Imagine this game in 2009 when it was released just imagine how much fanfare it would have made when it was released and top gamers played it.

This game was about needs, hunger, hygiene, sleep, etc which are the things in real life. In this game, it was depicted that it is about real-life issues that people face in the real world.

It is a vast and complex game that offers players a lot of qualities such as making friendships, romantic relationships, breakups, deaths, birth, and many more things.

This game is a sandbox game and there is no storyline or progression because it is open open-world game where you are free to go anywhere and you are on your own.
You build houses for your family and choose the life your Sims want. The core loop of the Sims 3 revolves around fulfilling the needs and wants of your Sims.
You have to provide them with their basic needs such as you have to feed them because Sims gets hungry after work, appropriate sleep is also required whenever they are tired or in the nighttime, if you care about their health then you can live a happy life in the game.
You can form relationships with other Sims and you can become friends and lovers, or even you can make them, family members.
The quality of your relationships will affect your happiness and well-being. You have build mode which allows your Sims to build and decorate houses and neighborhoods.
You can have wishes and lifetime goals that you can achieve by working hard. You have the option to pursue a variety of careers and activities.
The Sims 3 expansions and packs
Sims 3 has expansion packs which add new content into the game, the expansion packs have new worlds, objects, careers, activities, and creatures.
The game becomes very exciting to play when we have expansion packs. You can use the packs which adds endless possibilities and expands new ways to play the game.
Some of the most popular expansion packs are mentioned below. I love to play some of these and some of my friends are fond of playing with expansion packs, especially the Ambitions, World Adventure, and Seasons.

I personally like Ambition, Seasons, and World adventure expansion packs because of their features.
