How to complete the 100 Baby Challenge in The Sims 3?

In this blog post, I’ll cover everything you need to know to complete the 100 Baby Challenge, from choosing the right traits for your founder Sim to managing multiple children. 

This challenge is very enjoyable to complete because of the consistency you have to show, this challenge is considered harder in Sims and gaming communities to complete without breaking its rules.

But don’t worry, I and my team have shared all the things that you need to know to complete this challenge without failing.

What is the 100 Baby Challenge?

As the sentence speaks for itself and it’s clear from it you have to give birth to 100 babies but with 100 different fathers, it sounds awkward at first sight but it is just a challenge like any other challenge in the game.

It is considered to be one of the most difficult challenges in the Sims 3 game. You have to choose the right traits for your founder Sim.

For instance traits like Neat, Artistic, flirting, and orientation, etc. 

The sooner you start this challenge the more time your founder has to complete this challenge but don’t forget to socialize.

And keep meeting new people because knowing more people will help more potential fathers for the upcoming babies. 

Rules of the Challenge

To complete this challenge you have to follow some rules during the challenge.

Once you’ve had children with a man, you may not use him again for offspring purposes.

Otherwise you can hang with him or for any other reason but not for offspring again with that same man.

You may not send your children to Boarding School, as the school takes care of the child which repeals the point.

You cannot use cheats or mods because it can give the player an unfair advantage which is not allowed, except for resetting a Sim if needed.

You can use the teenagers in the household for income purposes. In Sims 3 their is similar challenge named as legacy challenge, you can check that too on my blog if you are interested in completing another challenge.

Tips for Success

• You should take advantage of the lifetime rewards system such as fertility treatment lifetime reward and increased income lifetime reward. 
• You can use a maid and a butler to help you out and it will eventually free up your Sim time so she can focus on getting pregnant and raising her children. 
• You should also set up routing for your founder sim so she can manage her time efficiently so she can socialize and meet new people which will lead to more potential fathers for the upcoming baby’s birth. 
• You should also start sooner because then you will have more time to have babies. I also started earlier and this thing gave me benefits and made the challenge a little bit easier.
• You should choose the right traits for your founder Sim like Neat, Artistic, etc.  

Early Stage: Getting Started

You have to get started by finding the guy with whom you want to conceive and get pregnant then after giving the child birth you make sure the child has all of their basic needs met including sufficient food, water, sleep, and hygiene.

And also teaches the child the skills they will need to survive as an adult so they don’t live in hell, teaching them cooking, clearing, and handiness, etc.

Also, help the child developing their personality and this can be done by interacting with them and teaching them about the world around them. 

You can use some growing tips in the early stages which won’t affect the rules of the challenge.

You can use the “Fast forward” button when you need to take a break and you can also use the “TestingCheats Enabled True” cheat to enable additional cheats for instance to make the child’s needs decay slower than normal.

If you are struggling to raise the child you can consider sending them to live with other families and it will give you a break and make the focus easier on your Sim.

Also, make sure to socialize and meet new people and focus on getting your founder Sim pregnant as soon as possible. 

Mid Stage: Managing Multiple Children

When you come to this stage and you have multiple children, now it is all about managing multiple children at first sight it seems to be very difficult but it is possible with careful planning and execution.

You should keep track of all the children’s needs and will be difficult but it will help you in the long run.

Giving birth to a lot of children doesn’t mean you don’t need to give enough attention and love, it’s the mistake one of my team members made.

And it all became a big mess in his Sim career and eventually, he left the challenge. 

Plan and execute everything, it was challenging for me to give proper attention and love to all the children.

But I tried my best to focus on my founder Sim’s relationship with all the children my Sim gave birth to. 

You can hire a maid at this stage too which can help with the household chores and you can focus on the children.

You can set up a routine for the children so that you know what they need to do and when.

If you are struggling to manage multiple children, you can also consider sending some of them to live with other families which will give breathe a sigh of relief.

In the morning wake up the children and have them get dressed and brush their teeth.

After that, feed the children breakfast as their needs, and then you can help them with their homework or skill development.

Then in the afternoon you can take the children to the park or have the children play games.

Then comes the evening time, feed the children dinner and you can also give a bath them and then put the children to bed. 

Late Stage: Raising the Next Generation

This is the last stage of this challenge and then the cycle repeats.

During this stage, you should make sure that the next generation is prepared to take over the challenge, which means teaching the skills they will need to survive as an adult, such as Cooking, Cleaning, and Handiness.

It also means helping them to develop their personality. You have to balance the needs of the next generation with the needs of the household.

And you should let go of the next generation which will be difficult, especially if you have become attached to them.

As I shared with the guys that I started it helped me a lot because starting earlier will help you to teach them as soon as they are toddlers.

And you have to be consistent, I know for a fact some of my team members got fed up with being consistent during this challenge.

Don’t be afraid to ask for help if you are struggling to raise the next generation from other players, or from the Sims 3 community which is still active.
